MG600 Plus is fun

Got myself the MG600 Plus and it's been a blast! Super easy to ride, even for someone like me who hasn't been on a bike in ages. The fat tires make it feel really stable. Shipping took about a week and a half, which was fine. Just a heads up, it came mostly assembled but I still had to put on the front wheel and handlebars. Not a big deal, just something to know.

Good value on an X3000 Plus

I was looking for a good deal on an e-bike and ended up getting the X3000 Plus during a flash sale. The discount was $300 off, which made it much more affordable than some competitors I was eyeing. I also signed up for the newsletter for an extra $50 off, which was a nice bonus. The bike itself seems well-built for the price point. I've only ridden it a few times, but it handles inclines pretty well and the dual motor is noticeable. Shipping was free, but it did take 10 days to get to my door. For the savings, I think it was worth the wait.

Decent bike, slow shipping

I purchased the RV800 Plus a few weeks ago. The bike itself is solid; handles well on different terrains, and the battery life is pretty good for my daily commute. Assembly was straightforward, didn't take too long. My main complaint is the shipping time. It took 12 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit lengthy compared to other online purchases I've made recently. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, it's a good e-bike for the price, but be prepared for a wait on delivery.

Are these bikes legit or just another Alibaba special? Heard some mixed things about brands like this.

P Priya C. 2 months ago
Nah, they're pretty legit. My RV800 has been solid for like a year now. Components are decent.

Definitely legit. They're a proper manufacturer specializing in e-bikes. Not some random drop shipper. You can find tons of reviews and videos on YouTube if you're still on the fence.

How do these compare to Rad Power Bikes? Especially thinking about the MG740 Plus versus a RadRover.

T Troy 1 month ago
Lankeleisi bikes often have more powerful motors and higher top speeds than Rad, especially on their higher-end models. Rad's got a bigger dealer network though.

I test rode both. The MG740 Plus felt a bit more aggressive and faster out of the gate. Rad Power is good, but Lankeleisi bikes sometimes offer better specs for the price if you're looking for performance.

What's the return policy like if I get a bike and it's not what I expected? Easy to send back?

S Shane G. 2 months ago
I returned an accessory once, and it was pretty straightforward, but a whole bike might be different cause of shipping. You usually have a certain number of days.

Yeah, they have a return policy. Make sure you check the details on their site about the condition it needs to be in and who pays for return shipping. It's not like Amazon where it's always free for big items.

How long does shipping usually take to California? Trying to plan for a trip and want to know if it'll arrive in time.

R Ryan Kim 1 month ago
I got my X3000 Plus in about 8-9 days to LA. It wasn't super fast but not super slow either.

Mine took a little over a week to get to San Diego, maybe 7-10 days. They ship from within the US afaik, so it's not like months from overseas.

Thinking of getting an RV800 Plus, but I'm like 6'4". Will it be too small or is there enough adjustment in the seat/handlebars?

A Amber Okafor 2 months ago
My buddy is 6'2" and he rides one just fine. I think you'll be okay, they usually have a good range for adjustment.

A Anna C. 2 months ago
Yeah, I'm 6'1" and my MG600 Plus fits me well. I've seen taller riders on these too. You can probably check the specs on their site for recommended height ranges, but generally, fat tire bikes tend to be a bit more accommodating.

Does anyone know if the Black Friday sales are usually better than the newsletter signup discount? Or can you stack them?

D Dana 2 months ago
You can't stack codes, sadly. Black Friday usually has bigger discounts, like $300-$400 off for some models, way more than the newsletter.

J Josh R. 1 month ago
I think Black Friday is usually the best deal all year. The newsletter is more like a small welcome discount. I'd wait if you can.
